I wanted to do something that would entertain my daughter so this was ideal. Sabikis and white feathers worked the same, but the smaller sabikis we’re getting cleaner hook ups. Nearly all the fish were unhooked without touching them except for a couple for pictures. Unfortunately none were sizeable, the best going 40cm. Also, we have massive shoals of schoolies here, chasing the tiny whitebait, and they fly out of the water like a rain showers. I don’t know where she gets it from. She squirrelled away with her book, she is a real book worm, rips through them. When I started getting feathers out she said it was a ridiculous idea and that it would never work. After a couple of minutes she came running out of the shed totally captivated.
