If close a small 12volt pump would take a few minutes, probably quicker than going to the fuel pontoon and waiting for Graham to come out of the office to man the pumps. Just check the pump is intrinsically safe. I already investigated this option but there don't seem to be any petrol-safe 12v pumps. Diesel, yes. But not petrol, unless you go professional and spend a few hundred. Even the cordless drill powered fluid pumps aren't safe for petrol. Loads of petrol safe 12v pumps out there

Odyssey
Jiggle pumps work well, I put 200l a time using them. I’ve got split tanks so use 2. 200l a time unless I’m in Milford, I just go to the pump…. But still use jiggle to top up after short trips 🙂 Its quicker than you think, but hey it’s up to you. £0.40/l x 40l is £40. It maybe not worth it if you don’t get down often enough
