Popular Post Dicky
Had a club comp last Sunday out of BoS. 5 boats with 12 anglers made it out. The sea was flat as a witches but it was overcast and chilly. Fishing was steady with a constant stream of thornbacks, congers and dogs. We found a couple of codling over slack but as the flood picked up so did the wind and after a couple of hours it was getting a bit lively so we retreated back to the river as did the other boats. Just a whiting there and a couple of missed bites. At the weigh in there were 5 double figure cod weighed in, none for us though but still a great day at sea. Saintly Fish
Nice to get a couple of small unicorns in the boat. Not much chance of that here. The weather has been kind this past couple of weeks, let's make the most of it! Dicky
