Saintly Fish
Anybody got any experience of this?
Andy135
Yes, we used Vonage for our landline in our last place. Paid less than £12 per month all in. Bear in mind all VOIP phones only work when the internet is working, and if you have a copper rather than fibre connection there can occasionally be bandwidth issues when using the internet at the same time as making a call. We had fibre to the home, so no problems at all for us.
Saintly Fish
I've just signed up to 900 mbps up and down full fibre through a company called Toob. I've been waiting 2 years almost for them to install the network in my area. Now it's done it's buy buy Virgin media. But, I also get my phone through virgin and Toob don't do landline. Hence the question.
Andy135
My ISP was different from my VOIP provider, so prob worth giving Vonage a look, if nothing else for a comparison with Virgin. Saintly Fish
