Back in the early eighties I towed my Fairline Weekend down to Plymouth. I think that we launched from a slipway (free) right down at the back of Cattedown and moored at a smallish Marina which may be where your boat is pictured. It was near the old victualing yard buildings and there was a typical new? (modern) large apartment block on one side. It was a really great area for boating - I just wish that we could afford to live there now. I fully understand why you would not leave the area.
