Served with chorizo, fried potato cubes, red and yellow peppers and garlic, lots of lemon for me and a squirt of mayonnaise. Saintly Fish 1 Quote

Not totally sure as I've only baked bass and cod and ling are meaty and keep their shape but it should work as bass is fairly firm, just smaller flakes Saintly Fish 1 Quote
