i have joiend the angerling trust.

they took my muney

i got my welcome pack all fine and dandy

triedto log on to the site. computer says, no , no no

so next day i phone up and coplaine, the lady confirms my email and mebership.

i am told that reseting my pass word is all i have to do.

 

but the computer says no, dose not recernise my password or my email

they send me messages whonting me to pay for raffels, i donot think so,

so be awear

apart from taking your money, i begin to wunder. can i tust what they say?

Try resetting your password by clicking on forgot password button.  Their site should then send you an email from where you can reset the password, worth a try?

done that .

it dose not reconise my email addres . but acording to the person i spoke to in membership they have that email. and they send me messages regarding outher things where i have to part with money.

strange that. to me that seems like a con trick

thanks tried that and to no availl,

the point i am trying to make here is that i checked with membership on the phone and repeated my details and they agread with me. if they can send to me and i recive themwhat is the problem. i canot do more.i am open to sergestions.
