jetty jumper Posted December 3, 2024 Posted December 3, 2024 (edited) We had a great club fishing trip on Saturday. I caught my personal best striper at 40 inches roughly 35 pounds. Also caught a lot of others not much smaller. We were catching fish all day one after another. A truly epic day, one I won’t soon forget. The fall run is amazing this year. It was freezing so I’m bundled up and warm. Edited December 3, 2024 by jetty jumper Dicky, mick, Malc and 1 other 4 Quote

The smaller one in the second picture had a pretty big wound right behind the head that healed over and also looked like the upper part of the mouth was injured and messed up. Could have been a seal or maybe an eagle who knows. Edited December 3, 2024 by jetty jumper Saintly Fish 1 Quote

I saw one while wildfowling and it was trying to suss me and my dog but fortunately it carried on looking for dead salmon on the shoreline. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-tayside-central-14631018.amp Saintly Fish and jetty jumper 2 Quote
