Change of wind direction

Brisk southerly change today, so still no chance of getting out through the bar in the boat. 
Headed up the beach again flicking lures for salmon and tailor with the kids. Released around 30-40 fish before leaving them biting. 
30kts of wind blowing up the beach still didn’t stop us reaching the fish, even on the 15g lures.

Yes it's a very easy enjoyable way for sure. Today I took the boat out and the wind soon picked up to 20kt's which made fishing and getting from a-b not so enjoyable, to the point I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of all the boat fishing gear and boat. We rarely have days under 20kts and Im over boat maintenance.

What coast you on, it’s a tough one

i know how you feel I feel the same here with all the journeying and lack of opportunity.

My worry would be, what else do I do

East coast, 5hrs south of Sydney.
