As far as lures soft plastics get it done. mostly what we call back bay fishing, the brackish rivers and estuaries are where the migratory stripers are headed to spawn. You can target them but you must use circle hooks only and release and striper that’s not between 28-38 inches. Also you can only keep one fish.
