So, as Slowly build up my gear I've managed to source a 12/20 an 20/30 Kenzaki braid special ( orginal black ones), unused at a fair price.

What I'm after is the 6/12 and the 30/50 to complete the set.

I know its a long shot, but ya never know an if you don't ask you don't get!!

If you can't get them, then the new Daiwa Super Kenzaki 6 - 15 (SKZB8015-BU) is a cracking rod.

I did indeed.

Picked up a 6-12 in Bournemouth the other day an got a couple more 12-20 after I lost the one I acquired at sea on its 2nd trip 😡😠🤬

When I say lost, I really mean the bloody rod holder somehow came free if the rail, so along with the rod, i also waved fairwell to a brand new Okuma Metaloid lever drag.

Watching a 30-50 on ebay, just need that for the set now!

Good work on the 12-20 and good luck for the 30-50.
I can’t believe however that you never came on here and told us all about “the one that got away”??
We all love a good laugh…

Ouch! That must have stung a bit Jon!

But you're in good company though - @Saintly Fish fumbled one of his spinning rods over the side earlier in the season 🤣
