Best bait are crabs. Tog can crush through shells with no problem. You can cut the crabs into a couple of pieces, they love it. They are absolute brutes. They will pull you into rocks or a wreck in an instant and cut you off. They can be frustrating but it’s very addictive fishing. I believe they are in the wrasse family. Delicious eating. They basically live on shell fish so the meat is wonderful.
