@captin slows old outlaw's mate Stainless Steve I believe uses that make, not sure on model. And he catches loads of fish so they must be great!!

Yeah I remember he had some sort of conti rod.

That was obviously why he was catching more than me added to the fact that I was woefully under prepared for that sort of fishing.

I've not used one in anger, but have had a look and held one that a mate has

Very light and well balanced with a smallish (4500 size) fixed spool

Sensitive tip with a bit of grunt lower down, ideal for Bream and most things you may encounter while fishing for them IMHO

It will be the rod I buy if my latest aquisition (Maximus sensor pro) doesn't make the grade

If I had come across the Tubertini first, I would have bought it and saved myself the hassle of buying and trying the others I have already tried

BTW, my mate loves his for the same reasons

I recommend you by one, if you don't get on with it, I'll send you mine to pick from and we'll swap
