Popular Post thejollysinker
Went off in search of some more Bass after last week’s limited success where I took a 52 cm and Aaron took a 48 home. Full of hope we set off in the pissing down rain at 17.30 and when we got there the rain all but stopped for the night. The sea was rather lively and full of weed and we used 6-7oz leads to hold bottom close in as we fished a rising neap tide. Wasn’t a great night tbh, not one Bass showed 🤷♂️ We did however bag a Smoothie, Huss, Doggies, Red Mullet, Pout, a Tubby and a surprise Coalfish. Very different to fishing the spring tide down over low the previous week where all we had was 3 Bass and a Huss. Andy135
You got out, you caught a dogfish. Result! 👍 Shame about all the other stuff that snaffled your dogfish bait though... bloody pests. 🤣 thejollysinker
