No, ball is for ‘at anchor’

ideally you should raise ‘inverted triangles’, which is the international ID for fishing, and if you have AIS class A, then change the status to fishing.

You can a day shape but most other vessels ain’t got an idea what they are… but that’s what the horn is for 😁😁😁😁

Until I started sailing my Dart 18 cat I never really realised how little vision wafis have, add a large cabin and a few G&Ts in the mix they are completely oblivious to anything in their divine path.
