Bought "BLADE" on going project, Sept 2020. previous owner had made progress but couldn't complete, and I knew what had to be done and to date no nasty surprises, as he was very honest.

I know this might be long project given my age, and certain health restrictions, (aches and pains, LOL), and what with COVID, my Son's support (muscles) is difficult.

Will try and show before and after pic's not necessarily chronological.

Wiring has been fun, with wires going nowhere, some cut and not rejoined.

The Engine is a Renault Trafic 1.9 Td, fully marinized, but still has ECU, and wiring loom. there are Pro's and Con's, at the Mo, Pro's winning, as per plan. Digital Dash on Helm. and full engine diagnostics availability.

Feel free to comment, offer advice, I'm no expert.

She's a good looking tub.  Looks like a great starting point for a lovely boat when she's all finished.

Watching this thread with interest. 👍

Looks like fresh wire may be required the way that insulation is breaking up

For videos, we usually upload to YouTube then embed the link on here. Saves eating up all our file storage with large video files  👍

Hi Garry - the video is set to be Private. In order to share it, you'll need to change it to Unlisted in YouTube Studio, which means that it won't show up in YT but the link is shareable and only the people who have the link can see it.

Yep, what kind of performance does it give?

i've Never had it in water, it's about 100hp now but will remap to 130hp, hope to see 12-15 knots, but not looked at prop setting yet.

I think that’s pretty good 12-15knotts for that hull type isn’t it?
