Odyssey
Ok guys, clear your calendars, get your boats and gear ready. Boat is coming out of the water 2nd December. Hopefully will only be a few days to scrub her bum, coat of wax and engines serviced before back in. Obviously the weather will be perfect as I won’t be able to head out 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
JonC
Are you using copper coat?

Odyssey
8 or 9 years I popped into the water in the summer to check for growth but had none. Ill prob get it redone next year. It ain’t cheap to do but lasts a long time iowspence
Saintly Fish
Copper and zinc oxide has the same effect. It’s cheaper too. Ok only lasts 2-3 seasons but easy to mix and re apply.
Odyssey
I’ll give it a wire wool (or I’ll get Emma to do it as she’s 5 foot so easier to fit underneath) Boat used to be kept in freshwater so very little fouling. I’m sure will be worse I’m Milford but it still not bad 🙂 Edited November 16, 2020 by Odyssey
