Thanks for your concern Neil and Pete. I have not been on here as we had a three day apprentice class reunion (celebrating 63 years of class S 35 at HMS Fisgard Torpoint) in Birmingham and then went down to Plymouth for a couple of days and then on down to Cornwall for the wedding of our great neice. The weather in Cornwall tended to be a bit wet in the mornings, but brighter in the afternoons. A trip to Looe was a complete waste of time - we could not even find a space in the huge car park so just returned to the campsite!!! No boating, no fishing, just a lazy enjoyable time. Geoff. 🙂

BZ, I was there in 78 and then on to Caledonia, but was a lazy scrote and had to retrain as a stoker.
