Bait Knife

Recommendations please for a good bait knife. My cheapo mustard one is broke, the other fell overboard on last trip...

Any good ones for a good price? 🤔😊

No such thing as a decent bait knife. 
do what @Andy135 does, just buy a cheap kitchen devil knife and replace when needed. I found it surprisingly sharp.

As Neil says, I've moved over to treating bait knives as disposable items. I found a Kitchen Devil knife in my local Sainsbury's for £3.50. Painfully sharp and cheap enough to not worry if it goes overboard.

I use boning knives for bait and filleting, unlike fillet knives these are often far cheaper and hold the edge much longer, hence why they are the most common butchers knife.

Haven't checked lately but there used to be commercial fishing knives, resharpened, for about £6.  I've got several, many years old, and still going strong.  Still use a proper Victorinox for filleting mind.
