Bloody hell Andrew….. where did you spring up from!!
Welcome back.

I found a 9 month old PM on WSF that I hadn’t seen telling me this was up and running again - notification of PM’s isn’t great over there with the new format - I found another that was 8 months old and unanswered 🙂

Welcome back Clinker. Your boat looks great, but I think the forums greatest pleasure is to see YOU (the only other sensible one) back on here. Geoff.:classic_wink:

Well he’s obviously not referring to my good self.

I was unaware that you had a "good self" Jon. - I was of course referring to yours truly, but of course you all know that that is the case. Geoff.☺️

You'll have headlight come out of retirement telling us all how dull we are 😄

@headlightwas on fine, English-bashing form on WhatsApp last night during the game. He suddenly went quiet for some reason though...

Welcome 🙂

Lovely boat by the way, help tip the balance away from these diesel folks 😆

😄 managed to go through the whole popularity of diesels in cars without getting one so certainly don’t want one on the boat!

As and when work, tides and weather allows - once a week on average sometimes more - I ceramic coated the engine when it was new and before it went in at the beginning of the season - I usually just rinse off the salt with the fresh water as I do the cabin top and sides, sometimes not - this is my second recent Merc so now at 9 years of ownership between the two and providing you keep the black reasonably clean it keeps its looks OK - the previous one looked almost as new when I traded it in at 9 years old

My Suzuki looks like its been used as target practice at the local riffle range!!!!!...just been polishing it ready for viewing now its on sale.

Will have to look further into the ceramics, though much of my boats issues comes from sharks and novices I take out that see the black engine as a good place to smack their terminal tackle!!!

Thats good that you get to head out so often, do you get your fuel while on the water or do you take it out to the boat in a tender.
